Speakers & Bios:

Joe Guidera, Project Manager - LyondellBasell
Joe Guidera is a Project Management Professional with more than 30 years of experience in projects of all size including business development, information technology and capital projects in the Oil & Gas and Chemicals industries. He is currently working as a Project Management Contractor for LyondellBasell as they complete their world-class PO/TBA project in Channelview, TX. Joe has spent his career in a variety of Owner management roles including Capital Projects Manager, Contractor Manager, Interface Manager, Technology & Telecoms Manager and AWP Manager for Amerada Hess, Tosco Corporation, Phillips 66 and ConocoPhillips. Joe is a graduate from Trenton State College with Bachelor’s degrees in Information Systems/Computer Engineering and Business Administration.

Adrian Park, Vice President, Pre-Sales EMIA - Hexagon
Adrian has been with Hexagon PPM (previously Intergraph) for 14 years and serves as the Vice President of Pre-Sales for the EMIA region. He has 40 years’ experience working in the process industries and joined Hexagon from the Norwegian owner operator Equinor where he was engaged for 16 years and served as an Advisor in technical information management responsible for the implementation of applications for plant lifecycle information management and project execution.

He has also extensive experience in managing engineering data, information logistics in CAPEX projects and the handover of data and documentation from major CAPEX projects to operations. Adrian has also previously worked for EPC contractor Davy McKee based in the UK, ABB and Cap Gemini.

Hans Kouwer, Director Industry Consulting EMIA - Hexagon
Hans Kouwer is Industry Consulting Director for Hexagon PPM in the EMIA region. Hans has over 25 years’ of experience in the process industry. Hans joined Hexagon PPM 13 years ago after many years of industrial experience with working for owner operators in the Netherlands.

Hans has extensive experiences with advising business organizations how their day-to-day business processes can benefit from effective information management and digital transformation.

Michael Montgomery, Executive Industry Consultant – Hexagon
Mike Montgomery has 30+ years in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical business. He has been in number of functions in his career including Research, Operations, Engineering, Project Engineering, Information Management and since his joining Hexagon in 2005, Mike has been a Product Manager and Industry Consultant and now manages the Industry Consulting group for North America.
